Muscular imbalances and the resulting discomfort related to poor back posture can be detrimental to your health and well-being. But with the use of a Posture Reminder, you can retrain your muscles to achieve your natural posture. When we sit with our shoulders forward for extended periods of time, the soft muscle tissues get tight across your chest. If your posture is chronically in a bad position, it feels strained to hold your shoulders back or to stand up straight. Posture Reminder reminds rather than supports your muscles which will improve your posture gradually over time. It can be worn every day during the training session, in the stable or at home.
Wear Posture Reminder 1-3 hours at a time with a loose fit, it should only tighten if you slouch which encourage you to straighten up.
The brace has a velcro strap in the front which makes it easy to put on, take off and adjust while wearing it.

Because functional Welltex-material reflects the body heat it will increase better blood circulation. Reflective heat reduces muscle tension and speeds up recovery. Manual: All Back on Track products should be implemented gradually. We recommend starting with a maximum of 4 hours use for the first 2-3 days. It allows the body to get used to the effects of the product. The best benefit is obtained when the Welltex fabric is in direct contact with the skin and used on periods, for example 2-3 weeks use, 1 week break. We recommend extreme caution when using liniment and Back on Track products at the same time, as the effect of liniment and treatment gels / creams is enhanced when used together. Wash up to 40 degrees with gentle washing program.

The company Back on Track manufactures joint and muscle protection, which are manufactured from a "ceramic textile" Welltex which is sold under the registered brand name Back on Track.
