These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all purchases made from hevari.eu online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out here and these conditions apply between you and Hevari Oy. Hevari Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time.
Hevari Oy values highly your privacy. When dealing with your personal information safety and consideration are assured. Hevari Oy only collects information in order to fullﬁl your orders and to serve you the best buying experience possible. Cookies and other tracking technologies may be used in order to enhance your user experience and to analyse usage trends. You may block cookies from your browser settings but some areas of our online store may not function properly if you do that.

Hevari Oy own all proprietary and intellectual property rights on this online store. All property rights are fully protected by the copyright or other intellectual property rights laws. Without our prior written approval, you are prohibited from reproducing, transmitting or distributing in whole or in part, or in any medium or form, any content on this online store.
LAW & JURISDICTION
Finnish and EU law will be applied to this agreement to any possible disputes. If disputes cannot be solved by mutual agreement, they shall be solved in the district court of Heinola, Finland. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
This online store may contain links to other sites that are not under Hevari Oy:s control. We have no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites or services.
To access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, or to register a complaint, or simply to request more information about our Terms and Conditions, products or services, you can contact us by email.
All the prices in different currencies displayed on the online store are converted from EUR prices and the payments will be made in EUR.
At this moment only payment method is invoice in advance. We send you invoice after we have received your order. If you pick your order from our warehouse, you can pay by cash or credit card.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When we receive your order we will find the best way to deliver it to you. Real shipping costs are applied to your invoice.
All international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT (Valued Added Tax) charges. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
You have full liability for all shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees. If you refuse to accept the shipment due to import duties or taxes, Hevari Oy reserves the right to deduct return expenses from the refund. In case the return expenses is higher than the order value, no refund will be done.
If you are located in EU country and you have VAT number, please inform the number to us, so we can reduce VAT from your invoice.
All orders sent outside the EU are with out VAT and will have customs clearance note CN22 or CN23 and the order invoice with required tariffs attached to them.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
According to Finnish consumer protection laws all online orders have 14 days return or exchange right. All items returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packing. All tags must be intact. The original packaging must also be in the same condition as it was when received. The right for return starts from when the customer receives the postal package.
NOTE: We don’t accept returns for customized products.
If you are planning on returning a product, please first contact our customer service email@example.com. We will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.
