Fosforbalans - a mineral supplement to balance the amount of phosphorus in feed

The mineral supplement is used when it is desired to balance the amount of phosphorus in the horse feed (eg strongly calcareous hay and / or small amounts of oats). Complementary feed is made from very high quality raw materials and has a high biological content absorbency i.e. the horse makes excellent use of it. Normally, hay and forage are not enough to satisfy a horse’s mineral needs. In recent decades, soil acidification has affected e.g. harmful to the mineral content of hay, so mineral supplements have become necessary.

Dosage: 1-3 measures per day depending on the calcium / phosphorus content of the basic feed. Mix with concentrate.

Monosodium phosphate as raw material.

1 measuring cup = 10 g = 2.5 g of phosphorus and 1.8 g of sodium per 2 kg
