Following tempering and assembly, each blade is hand-honed to a razor-sharp finish that ensures optimal feel and effortless resharpening. Features an inward-beveled (concave) blade. The knife features an ergonomically designed and beautifully finished walnut handle, secured to the blade with rivets.
