The blade is crafted from high-quality high-carbon steel, heat-treated and hardened through a meticulous, demanding process. Following tempering and assembly, each blade is hand-honed to a razor-sharp finish that ensures optimal feel and effortless resharpening. Features an inward-beveled (concave) blade. The knife features an ergonomically designed and beautifully finished walnut handle, secured to the blade with brass rivets.
