KRUUSE Manuka G is a sterile medical-grade wound gel containing 100% New Zealand Leptospermum scoparium manuka honey. The gel helps maintain a moist wound environment, supporting the natural healing process and promoting healthy tissue regeneration. The high sugar content creates an osmotic effect that assists in softening necrotic tissue and reducing wound odour. Suitable for a wide range of wounds including abrasions, lacerations, surgical wounds, pressure sores, superficial burns, cavity wounds, and abscesses. The sterile gel can be applied directly to the wound or used in combination with an appropriate dressing.
