Plusvital poultice 20x40cm

Plusvital Poultice prevents the infection of wounds and scratches and is suitable also for already infected wounds. The dressing can be applied over the cleaned wound. Suitable for hoof abscesses. The dressing can be used as dry or wet dressing. One side of the dressing is made of plastic. Does not include any wound care products. Plusvital Effivet products are recommended to use with Plusvital Poultice.

Directions for use:

Cut the dressing to wanted size and apply to wound area plastic backing away from the skin: You can use one the following methods:

Warm and wet: Cool boiled water to 38 degrees celsius and soak the dressing. Then lightly squeeze and apply.

Cold and wet: Cool boiled water and soak the dressing. Then lightly squeeze and apply.

Dry: Apply directly to the wound area.

Dressings should be changed at least every 12 hours to prevent infections. Hold dressing in place using bandage. Do not apply too tightly.
